Please be advised:

• Daniel Duncan is not employed by, nor affiliated with, the Association of Talent Agents in any capacity.
• Any documents, employment affidavits, or letters circulating bearing the name and signature of our Executive Director, Karen Stuart, confirming such an employment status are entirely fraudulent and unauthorized forgery.
• The ATA does not verify representation for individuals outside of our official member roster.

If you have been contacted by or engaged with this individual under the pretense of an ATA affiliation, please exercise extreme caution, retain all communications, and report the matter to local law enforcement and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). To verify the legitimate status of any talent agent, please consult our official directory.
