Thank you for your interest in joining ATA. In order to apply for membership you must submit the following information to ATA for consideration

Required Documentation
  • Completed ATA Application for Membership (see download below)
  • Copy of appropriate talent agency license and bond.
  • Attach a bio or resume on each agency owner or financially interested partner.
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation from an owner or executive officer of two different ATA member agencies.
  • One-time application fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000), which is applied to the current year's dues.
  • Date talent agency opened.
  • Area(s) of representation.
  • Franchise or signatory agreements with union/guild.

    The ATA annual dues are based on a range of revenue income (contact ATA to discuss Annual Dues). The agency may elect to pay annually, semi-annually, or three times per year.

    After ATA receives your completed application package, the ATA Membership Review Committee will consider your agency for admission to membership. Thereafter, the ATA Board will make the final determination and you will be informed of the Board's decision. The application fee will be retained only if the application for membership is accepted.
